helpful staff nice robe

the robe and slippers in my room added a nice touch (i used them!).

i found that the cobblestoned driveway was slightly inconvenient for luggage.

The location was convenient. The free walking tour started right at the hotel each day at 10am.

I found the polished concrete in the shower to be dangerously slippery. I almost fell a couple of times (maybe they should consider adding a non-slip mat?).

hot water good pressure buffet variety

The room was clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast offered fantastic options, and I especially appreciated the buffet variety.

The music in the nearby streets was loud at night.

friendly staff superb location diverse breakfast small room loud music elevator breakdown

the staff was very friendly. the location was superb and provided easy access to local attractions. the breakfast selection was diverse and had fresh ingredients (i especially liked the pastries!).

The room i had was a bit smaller than i expected. the music from nearby streets was quite loud at night. It made sleeping difficult. the elevator broke down once which was inconvenient.

good selection terrace view small room loudspeaker music

The breakfast had a very good selection to choose from and order. The terrace views are amazing and are lovely to visit for an afternoon drink.

The room was too small (for the price), with little to no wardrobe space. A loudspeaker was positioned in the corridor outside my room and played music early in the morning. It also played late into the evening.
